FREQUENT FLYER SIMS is owned and operated by Hal Frary who is a lifelong aviation enthusiast with 32 years of flight experience. Hal is also the Squadron Commander of the Civil Air Patrol unit at Bowman Field, so he’s well acquainted with training youths and adults in a variety of aviation related areas across the Commonwealth and neighboring states. He has a passion for learning and for serving; giving back and contributing to our communities is a primary motivation.
